Parents' Evenings
Parents are invited to see the subject teachers of their child once a year for a progress report. Parents may also wish to attend the Progress Review Days when tutors give an overview of progress in all subjects and set targets for the future.
Parents' evenings are on Wednesdays and begin at 16.30. They end at 19.30.
Dates for each year group are as follows:
Year 8 10 February 2010

Parents' Consultation Evenings
What to expect
- 4 weeks prior to each Parents' Evening a letter will be sent home with a list of staff available for appointments and a reply slip to return as soon as possible to the Pastoral Manager for that year group.
- 2 weeks prior to each Parents' Evening a ParentMailTM (eLetter) will be sent home with timings of the event.
- 1 week prior to each Parents' Evening student helpers will be asked for permission from home to stay and their roles will be allocated.
- The day before the event relevant parents will receive a text message to ensure that all information has been received.
- On the evening, parents will be asked to register in the Leonardo Gallery and if necessary will be guided to the relevant teachers.
- There will be a feedback sheet to help us to improve the smoorth running of the evening.
- Any questions about Parents' Evenings should be directed to the appropriate Year Head or Pastoral Manager.
